Our refund policy allows returns within 14 days of receipt for new, unused items in their original condition and packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item is inspected. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
